Course 01

CPR & AED

Who it's for
Anyone: parents, teachers, coaches, security staff and the general public. No experience needed.
Format
Practical classroom session with manikins and a training AED.

What you'll learn

  • Check that a scene is safe before helping
  • Recognise when someone is in cardiac arrest
  • Give effective chest compressions and rescue breaths
  • Use an AED (automated external defibrillator)
  • Adapt CPR for children and infants

Basic First Aid

Format
Practical session with scenarios, bandaging practice and choking manikins.

What you'll learn

  • Carry out a primary survey (DRS ABC)
  • Control serious bleeding
  • Help a choking adult, child or infant
  • Treat burns, fractures and shock
  • Recognise stroke, heart attack and seizures
  • Respond to allergic reactions, low blood sugar, heat illness and snake bites

Course 03

Basic Life Support (BLS)

High-performance CPR for healthcare and professional responders: pulse checks, team CPR, bag-valve-mask ventilation, AED integration and airway obstruction.

Who it's for
Nurses, doctors, students, EMS staff, lifeguards and other professional responders.
Format
Skills-based session with team scenarios and a practical assessment.

What you'll learn

  • Perform a rapid assessment, including a simultaneous pulse and breathing check
  • Deliver high-quality CPR for adults, children and infants
  • Work in a two-rescuer and team setting
  • Ventilate with a pocket mask and bag-valve-mask
  • Integrate an AED with minimal interruption to compressions
  • Manage respiratory arrest and airway obstruction
